Regional Sales Manager - North West - American Credit Acceptance

About the Job
Summary/Objective
Work cross-functionally to create, implement, and optimize all necessary regional account-level sales initiatives. Goal is to identify opportunities, create and implement strategies, and leverage all necessary sales tools/programs to optimize sales within Regional Accounts.
Essential Functions

· High level selling within Regional Accounts
· Manage a group of 5-8 Market Managers
· Collaborate and work directly with Senior Management
· Develop strategies and tactical implementation of Regional Accounts
· Assume responsibility as primary contact for Regional Accounts
· Will be required to meet sales goals and travel demands
· Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
· 4 year college degree in marketing, sales, or business is preferred, and/or 2+ years of sales and finance experience
· At least one year of sales management experience
· Demonstrated continuous account planning and account strategy development
· Ability work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and opportunities
· Ability to lead a team of sales professionals to meet monthly/quarterly goals
· Ability to train and develop sales personnel
· Ability to examine the business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities will be of significant benefit
· Must have the ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically
· Highly proficient computer skills; specifically in Microsoft applications (i.e Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills
· Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
· Excellent time management skills, highly energetic, and self-motivated
Salary: $72,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities 5 to 8 Market Managers.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
In most cases an in home office must be maintained. This role routinely uses appropriate and required office and personal communications technology, which will be provided.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some weekend work required.
Travel
This position will require regular travel throughout assigned territory.
