Regional Sales Manager - Judge Group

Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in New York City. The person will be a contact point between the client & its food service customers & brokers. The Sales Manager will acquire new customers and manager current relationships to increase sales and develop sales plans.

** Candidates must be English/Spanish bilingual**

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer relationships within the assigned foodservice region
• Act as liaison between the company and broker resp in the foodservice industry
• Achieve sales goals through communication and negotiation skills
• Work independently to drive sales initiatives and strategic goals
• Develop prospect lists for sales leads
• Accurately track activities in CRM system
• Coordinate customer installations and training
• Attend trade shoes

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Bachelors degree
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Must be high energy  and dynamic thinker
• Proficient in use of social media platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently & part of a team
• Willing to travel 40% of the time
