Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our insurance products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and fostering a culture of success within your branch. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales objectives while mentoring and motivating a talented group of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing support and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- A results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- License in Life & Health is necessary, or willingness to obtain.
