Sage Search is working with a well-known and respected property management company looking to add a Regional Property Manager to their growing team.
This is 100% on-site in North Dallas with some travel required.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 1,500-2,000 multi-family units across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to on-site teams, ensure operational excellence, and drive the financial performance of the portfolio. This role involves regular travel to assigned properties to provide hands-on support and maintain a consistent presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all properties within the portfolio, ensuring they meet company standards for quality, profitability, and compliance.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor property managers and on-site staff to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist with recruitment and training efforts.
Financial Management:
- Prepare, review, and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue optimization.
- Ensure timely rent collection, adherence to lease agreements, and management of delinquencies.
Property Maintenance and Compliance:
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of repairs and renovations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with owners and investors, providing regular updates on property performance and strategies.
