About the Job
DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T Representative partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a Regional Manager in the Dallas area, North Texas Territory. In this role, you will manage a team of up to 10 Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) in their assigned regions. These regions are determined by the number of stores and the FSRs territories and will be divided accordingly in the region. The RM will recruit, hire, train, and manage their team. Previous experience managing multiple people remotely is required.
The ideal candidate will live in the DFW Metroplex, or they must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities & Duties
Leadership & Management
- Drive and grow sales in assigned region
- Align with and implement corporate strategy and goals
- Travel within assigned region and conduct market visits 2-3 per month to assess territories and the impact of the FSR team through ride-a-longs and ride-behinds
- Effectively manage and lead a team of FSRs in all aspects of field support
- Conduct and lead team calls to drive focus and productivity
- Contribute feedback and insight on internal and external calls
- Develop and grow relationships with WSP management and teams
- Ensure strategic alignment with WSP management in the areas of AT&T market strategy and offers, new-hire and ongoing training, selling events, special initiatives, and collaboration with a keen eye toward driving sales and impacting AT&T market share
- Develop and grow relationships with 3PL owners and their respective teams
- Collaborate in a cross-functional manner with internal support teams
Operations/Training/Human Resources
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Coach via one-on-one calls to ensure compliance with FSR expectations
- Ongoing review and audit of FSR performance KPIs to include visits, time in store, hours worked, scheduling and routing, and all associated field activities
- Teach Impact at 3PL morning meetings through consistent and productive participation
- Utilize internal resources to gain an understanding of 3PL escalations and develop a plan of execution to remedy problem reps, offices, and doors while working closely with partner ICDs
- Deploy the FSR team based on an understanding of specific needs by door, retailer, and partner
- Fulfill merchandising responsibilities as needed
- Oversee and audit expense submissions of FSRs
- Performance Accountability
Requirements
- 5 years in retail or telecommunications
- 2 years of management with at least 1 year managing remote personnel
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Map Point
