Our client is an established local multidisciplinary Civil Engineering and Surveying firm seeking to add a Professional Engineer with land development experience to their family-like team! They work projects of all sizes and oversee them all the way through project life cycle. They are known for having an incredible work environment, collaborative team, and strong learning culture.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• 5-10+ years of experience in land development/site development
• Business Development experience
• Manage a team 
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering License required
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience required
• Project Management expert

Compensation:

• Salary: $100k+140k based on experience
• Bonuses offered
• Great benefits package
