Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan , managing 1,500 apartments and supervising three Maintenance Directors. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to maximize occupancy rates, rent collection, and tenant satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing expenses. Our company is customer-service driven, with a strong focus on fostering positive tenant relationships and delivering high-quality living experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent, high-quality services.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize revenue streams and control costs.
- Maximize occupancy rates and ensure timely rent collection.
- Hire, train, and lead the Maintenance Directors and property staff.
- Monitor and manage tenant satisfaction, addressing issues swiftly to foster positive relationships.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
- Provide strategic guidance to Maintenance Directors and help resolve tenant complaints, maintenance issues, and lease violations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term growth plans and ensure the portfolio aligns with business objectives.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and property management best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience managing Class A luxury multifamily buildings with a proven track record of operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage multiple teams.
- Expertise in property management, with a focus on both tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
- Ability to work in-office with some hybrid flexibility.

- Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate staff at all levels.
- Communication: Clear, effective communication with tenants, staff, and vendors.
- Property Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing large, multifamily properties.
