As a Regional HRBP, you’ll play a pivotal role on our dynamic Human Resources team, driving results in a high-growth, fast-paced organization. Serving as a cultural ambassador, you’ll partner with senior leaders and clinical teams to diagnose challenges, implement solutions, and manage risk effectively. Your expertise in employee relations, leave management, and HR policies will bring clarity, foster collaboration, and build commitment at all levels. Supporting multiple locations across various states, you’ll collaborate closely with managers, regional directors, and corporate HR to elevate people operations and best practices.
What we are Looking for!
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR preferred.
- Employee Relations Expertise: 3+ years managing employee relations for hourly, non-exempt employees.
- Multi-Unit Knowledge: Proven success supporting field operations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
- Regulatory Acumen: Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations; experience with FMLA, ADAA, and workers’ compensation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; organized, patient, and flexible.
- Technology Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Travel & Work Environment:
