About the Role
Our strength is in how we efficiently deliver quality products and support to customers, and we’re proud to set the standard for success in our industry. To help us continue growing, we’re seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales to join a highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing execution plans, hiring, training, and managing a team of regional sales reps and ensuring the success of the southeast region to hit sales goals and deliver on initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Weekly Calls with the regional sales reps to set clear objectives and provide support
- Two trips per month to the assigned region to provide mentoring, support, training, etc.
- Accountable for the success of the region to hit budget and deliver on initiatives
- 1:1 Meetings scheduled with all reps monthly
- Training, Development, and Mentoring of all Sales Contractors
- Partnership with Human Resources on the Recruitment of new and additional Sales Contractors
- Budgeted Goals set for each rep and MSA
- Weekend Initiative – Planning, hiring, and ongoing administration of successful deployment of a 7-day sales process
- Referral Strategy and 3rd Party Leads
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the construction/building/manufacturing industry
- Proven success leading strong sales teams including regional oversight
- Extremely analytical and organized with excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills
- People management and coaching teams of 20-30+ outside sales reps
- Salesforce knowledge a plus
