Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee implementation.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
- Deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to clients in their homes or hybrid settings.
- Peer Collaboration: Collaborate with BCBAs to share best practices and troubleshoot complex cases.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor family satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Crisis Management: Support staff in managing challenging behaviors or emergencies.
- Orientation: Provide new hires with a foundational understanding of ABA principles.
- Session Notes Oversight: Review session documentation for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Streamlined Assessments: Assist with developing efficient and standardized assessment processes.
- Team Meetings: Occasionally support or facilitate weekly meetings with BCBAs to discuss cases, strategies, and progress.
- Fieldwork Supervision: Coordinate fieldwork opportunities for aspiring BCBAs to collect supervision hours.
- Parent and Caregiver Training: Create and oversee training programs to encourage family involvement in therapy.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Occasionally work with other professionals (e.g., SLPs, OTs, educators) to ensure cohesive care.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Review client progress reports and recommend program modifications.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Assist with conducting BCBA interviews and oversee the onboarding process for new hires – when needed.
- Community Outreach: Represent the company at community events or conferences to build relationships and promote ABA awareness.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
