About the Job
The Region Coordinator is responsible for assisting with meeting goals and KPIs for the region, under the direction of the Vice President, Director of Sales, and Director of Consulting. The Territory Coordinator will have indirect reporting to the CHRO.
Main assignments (include, but are not limited to the following):
• Receive and send shipments and mail, and scan received invoices.
• Seek offers from suppliers for the office when needed.
• Keep employees informed about issues concerning the region and the office.
• Run errands for region and the office,
• Takes regional lead on talent identification and screening for open positions, in partnership with corporate HR and region leadership.
• Assist regional leadership in HR-related items for current employees, including:
o Onboarding new employees in the region
o Offboarding employees that are leaving
o Be expert in the benefit package for the employees in the region and be able to answer employees questions
o Communication with Trinet (HR business partner in US & Canada)
o Handle Employee Relation in the region
o Participate in regular organizational HR meetings
• Assist VP in accounts payable process.
• Work as regional liaison to corporate marketing for events.
• Assist with facilitation of region events and meetings.
• Assist sales and consulting teams on client meeting preparations and travel.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years administrative and/or related Human Resources work.
• Be able to fluently communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks and suggest improvements of processes where needed.
• Ability to work within a team in a international environment and towards a common goal.
• Able to track, follow-up and produce clear status updates and progress of tasks.
• Ability to use and work with Microsoft Office suite efficiently.
• Willing to travel infrequently to region events.
• Ability to work effectively from home office setting.
