You will be a Walt Disney World Cast Member serving as a front-line leader in the Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES) organization. This Service Manager manages a team of expert tradespersons who help complete the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) mechanical utilities, wastewater collection systems, and potable water systems.

You will report to the Manager, District Plants and Utility Maintenance Operations
This is a full-time 2nd Shift (1PM-10PM) position on-site in Orlando, FL.
What You Will Do
+ Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all Cast Members through proper maintenance of equipment and facilities and elimination of hazards, while ensuring consistency to all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws, standards, and policies.
+ Conduct orientations, safety training, and skills training in support of team training objectives. Implement team safety programs. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Conduct Accident Investigations. Ensure assigned Cast are following safety training and certification requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards and policies.
+ Responsible for the execution of scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, intervals, and spare parts availability.
+ You will provide leadership and management of union craft to develop a high level of teamwork, cooperation, collaboration, and partnering for mutual success of all teams.
+ Direct daily work efforts personnel while approving shift changes, time off, benefit requests, and supervise accuracy of pay rates and timekeeping. Monitor compliance with work accommodations and restrictions. Ensure compliance with procedures for injury and illness treatment and reporting.
+ Work to improve the quality of service and reliability that impact the cost associated with maintaining utility infrastructure.
+ Develop maintenance requirements for all equipment within the maintenance responsibilities focusing on immediate response and long-term sustainability.
+ Plan and coordinate routine and non-routine equipment maintenance shutdowns, including budgeting, activities, and use of human resources, contractors, technical resources, and scheduling.
+ Ensure all work is performed as planned and scheduled with appropriate resources.
+ Work with all company lines of business and vendors to provide safe and reliable maintenance solutions.
+ Help develop annual expense budgets and other finances and supervise real-time costs to optimize value generation targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
+ 3+ years experience in utility engineering, operations, or maintenance.
+ Technical proficiency in several of the following areas: Utility Scale Piping Systems related to Central Energy Plant Distribution (chilled and hot water, compressed air), Wastewater Collection Systems, Electronic and PLC controls, Plant and Industrial Electric Systems (MCCs, ATS, and emergency generators).
+ Comfort with working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be flexible and available to respond to after-hour emergencies under short notice.
+ Familiarity with an Enterprise Asset Management System.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Maximo.
+ Budgetary Responsibility experience.
+ Management experience in a unionized environment.
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field or related experience is required.
