Required Education:
• HS Diploma
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years of coordinator, recruiting and/or program management experience and must have 3 years of onboarding or offboarding experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally
• Experience working in a team environment & across cross functional teams
• Ability to prioritize and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goals
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience organizing events
• University Recruiting/Intern Program or Diversity Recruiting Program experience highly desired
• Experience with Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Beginner level CSS/HTML (Web development) experience to support with our question/ escalations process
This Talent Program Specialist role will be responsible for the continued development and execution of our Programs, dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities (Programs Planning & Execution):
• Manage questions and escalations from Program participants both pre-start and during the program to support their needs
• Help manage overall communication to participants and client partners and set up/ monitoring pre-start workplace groups to push out core messaging and resources
• Regular monitoring of pre-hire audits and escalation where action is needed
• Support the part time extension process via Recruiting, HR and Programs, addressing question/ escalations from client partners
• Work closely with the Programs team and various cross functional partners, helping to facilitate start date confirmation to ensure that participants have the appropriate right to work
• Work directly with Supply Chain globally to ensure deployment of tech in advance of start dates and escalating where necessary
