We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Recruiter specializing in Tax/Audit recruitment within the Accounting and Finance industry. This role is crucial to our organization as you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in our mission to shape the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Recruiter, you will:
1. Lead the full recruitment cycle for tax and audit roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
3. Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
4. Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
5. Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
6. Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
7. Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders, and HR.
8. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in tax and audit recruiting within the accounting and finance industry.
2. Proven experience in CPA recruiting, accounting, and finance recruiting, screening candidates, interview preparation, and negotiating offers.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruiting process and legal aspects of hiring.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. A proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software, and social media for recruiting.
8. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
