This role is integral to our success, as you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent into our organization, ultimately impacting our growth and performance. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with specific experience in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, having audiovisual and hospitality experience will be a significant advantage, as these skills can greatly enhance our recruitment strategies and procedures. The ideal Recruiter has experience recruiting/head hunting for various departments, can work at a high volume and also has a go-getter, problem solving mentality. This company has grown substantially over the last 5 years and is continuing to grow domestically and internationally. This is a contract to hire role, as there is an immediate need. This position is ideally on-site full time but may have some flexibility.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality applicants for our manufacturing positions.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads, to conducting interviews and negotiating employment contracts.
3. Utilize your audiovisual skills to create engaging job advertisements and recruitment videos that effectively communicate our company culture and the benefits of working with us.
4. Leverage your hospitality experience to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome.
5. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that recruitment efforts align with the company’s strategic goals.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
7. Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in using audiovisual tools for recruitment purposes.
4. Previous experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
5. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures, as well as employment law and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
7. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
8. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments on candidate suitability based on a comprehensive understanding of our company’s needs.
9. Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates.
