We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join a growing company! The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and possess the skills to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent for a wide range of positions within the organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate positions, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making offers
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with hiring manager specifications
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, coordinating with hiring managers for follow-up interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and desired qualifications. Advise on candidate profiles and recruitment best practices
- Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional experience for candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance
- Work with candidates and hiring managers to extend competitive job offers and manage offer negotiations when needed
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and offer acceptance rates
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring unbiased evaluation methods
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, job postings, and recruitment activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various corporate roles (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, HR)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruiting compliance regulations

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
