Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Candidate Presentation: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate summaries and recommendations.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing or recruiting agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
