PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: <Between $20 per hour > OR $30 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Description:
As a Recruiter you will :-
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Perform reference checks as need
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- Full-cycle recruitment experience.
Even better if you have:-
- Recruitment experience with startups, integrations, technology, and/or product.
- Experience using sourcing methodologies like Boolean.
- Exercised effective consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills.
