About the Job
The receptionist at Coastal Elite Roofing will be responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks of maintaining the office operations. Our top priority is completing jobs with quality work and the finest customer service. Each team member shares our company's values, ensuring each job is completed at the highest level of professionalism. The receptionist’s position responsibilities will support the management and organization of operations within the organization.

- Monday - Friday 9 AM-5 PM | 30 Minute Paid Lunch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Greet customers, vendors, and employees.
- Scan and File Documents.
- Create New Prospects on RoofLink from incoming calls/ walk-ins.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain the office, keeping work areas organized and tidy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation/ Own Vehicle.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to carry at least 25lbs.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am-5 pm.
- Familiarity with standard office platforms such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Time management and organization skills, interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor.
- Past administrative experience in an office setting is a plus but *not a requirement.
Education:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Training
- Paid on-site job training is provided to equip you with the knowledge and tools to succeed in this role.
