Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the administrative team. You will assist with managing office operations, ensuring the smooth flow of communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain and manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.
Assist with any additional duties as needed to support the office team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
