Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- General phone coverage (shared with other team members).
- Reviewing office-wide expense reports and timesheets.
- Assisting with equipment scheduling and check-out.
- Document review for project setup and close-out.
- Ordering lunches and organizing happy hours as needed.
- Data Entry & Record Management:
- Entering and maintaining accurate records in internal databases.
- Managing documentation and follow-ups for project-related tasks.
- Marketing Support:
- Assisting engineers with lead tracking, follow-ups, and project closure tasks.
- Supporting marketing efforts and internal proposal tracking.
- Experience with Access and/or SQL databases is a plus. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.
- Comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., arranging meeting setups, stocking supplies).
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach to supporting office activities.
- This position offers significant flexibility in daily activities within standard business hours.
- Training will be provided on the job to ensure success in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
