Our client, a global industry leader in investment banking is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Receptionist to join their team! The perfect candidate will be a junior level receptionist or administrative assistant who has an “all hands on deck” mentality, ready to learn and grow in a corporate environment!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$50,000
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Receptionist who brings a positive attitude and a strong initiative to the workplace. The Receptionist will provide front desk support and general administrative support to the company.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Be the first point of contact for all inquires, visitors, clients, etc.
- Scheduling includes: booking conference rooms, in-house lunches, team meetings and travel arrangements
- Organize/Plan company events like virtual and on site events
- Maintain an organized office by taking inventory of supplies and keeping common spaces clean
- Work with different vendors like the building management team and delivery service companies
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
- 6 months to 1 year of Corporate Reception and/or Administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and urgency
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
