Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers and visitors to L2 Brands’ West location and directing them to the appropriate personnel. This position also provides administrative support to the HR department. This position reports to the Senior Vice President Human Resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome, screen and direct customers and visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Receive and sort incoming mail daily;
- Order office supplies and maintain supply closet.
- Complete administrative tasks as requested by management personnel.
- Maintain visitor log and badges.
- Maintain Customer pick-up sheet and retrieves pick up orders when shipping staff isn’t working.
- Ensure Gallery is maintained and tidy at all times.
- Maintain Employee Directory.
- Assist HR team as needed.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Experience using MS Office suite.

- Excellent interpersonal; collaboration and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels within the organization.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work may be needed.
Travel:
This position does not require travel.
