About the Job
Our client in the Manufacturing and Construction industry is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for their office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Essential functions for the Receptionist:
- The Receptionist will greet and welcome visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the team by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- The Receptionist should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
