Receptionist at Dexian

Our client is looking for a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join their team in their Fort Lauderdale office! The right candidate will have good communication, professional demeanor, and can interact with executives with proactivity. The receptionist will be responsible for attending all visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties. The receptionist is the first point of contact for the entire organization, which requires a positive and professional attitude.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
• Greets, welcomes, directs and announces visitors.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
• Receives and sorts incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
• Perform all other job duties and responsibilities assigned.
