Receptionist - Beacon Hill

Our client, a university in greater Boston, is looking for a receptionist to join their team! This role would be within the university's dental school, the contract would last roughly 3 months, and it pays up to 27/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives faculty, students, staff, and the public, securing names and wants, and directs accordingly.
• Answers incoming calls and directs them to proper person.
• May maintain one or more appointment calendars.
• May perform typing duties.
• May process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Performs related job duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with checking in/out patients is a plus
