Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the principal, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Maintain and update school records, including student and staff information.
- Organize and manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience working in a school or educational setting is a plus.
