Responsibilities
- Participate in Our Agent Launch Program
Engage in our thorough 86-day launch program, designed to provide you with the vital skills needed to thrive as a Realtor in today's market. New agents typically close or have 3.4 transactions pending, while seasoned agents average 9.3.
- Guide Buyers in Finding Their Perfect Home, Making Offers, and Securing Acceptance
Relish the home search process while mastering our effective buyer presentation and offer strategies.
- Provide Detailed Written Feedback to Hone Clients' Search Criteria
Participate in our outstanding communication training program to ensure successful offer acceptance for your buyers.
- Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and Clients
Acquire practical experience through in-person training to grasp the complexities of real estate transactions.
- Allocate at Least 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation, Appointment Scheduling, and Conversions
Join our team if you're ready to work hard. We offer scripts and training to support your daily tasks.
- Host Three Open Houses Each Month
Conduct three open houses monthly, with one weekend off to maintain work-life balance, backed by our comprehensive training.
- Participate in Team Activities as per Team Standards
Adopt our strong work ethic by engaging in office activities at least three days a week. Join us in client events, script practice, calls, door knocking, and social media initiatives.
- Commit to Weekly One-on-One Coaching, Training Sessions, and Partner Calls
Treat this role as a career, not a hobby. We help you create a weekly schedule to set clear expectations.
- Use PLACE Technology to Track Tasks and Activities
Utilize our excellent data entry system to efficiently monitor all your calls and appointments.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Friendly and easy to approach
- Strongly driven
- Dedicated to working in the office at least three days per week
- Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude
- At ease with frequent travel
- Proficient in evaluating client needs and aligning them with appropriate properties
- Willing to learn and open to guidance
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of achievements
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Works well within a team
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales (license required)
- Highly organized
- Willing to learn and utilize scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
