Real Estate Transactional Attorney - Direct Counsel, LLC

Direct Counsel is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Transactional Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join a leading law firm who represents a diverse client base, including owners, investors, developers, lenders, private equity firms, and family offices. Their practice encompasses all facets of real estate transactions and development, offering exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, construction, and specialized expertise in hotel ownership, franchising, and management.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft transactional agreements
• Perform due diligence for real estate transactions
• Close transactions under the supervision and training of active partners
• Provide legal support across a range of real estate matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate transactional experience
• California Bar Admission is required
• Sophisticated law firm experience
• Finance and leasing experience desired
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus

Salary Information:

The actual base pay will depend on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Anticipated base compensation is between $210,000 and $245,000.
