Compensation:$30,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Keep Up with Local Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, neighborhood insights, and local amenities to answer client questions and enhance the home buying and selling experience.
- Prospect for New Leads: Actively generate and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and local engagement to expand business opportunities.
- Supervise the Closing Process: Oversee every step of the closing process to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for clients.
- Consult with Clients: Understand buyer and seller needs through personalized consultations, providing guidance that aligns with their goals and driving successful transactions.
- Lead Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build relationships and increase sales.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and Present Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): Conduct CMAs for clients to help them understand current property values, guiding them in making informed buying and selling decisions.
- Coordinate Property Showings: Schedule and host property showings, guiding clients through properties and highlighting features that align with their preferences.
- Develop Marketing Strategies for Listings: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging listings, promote properties across platforms, and attract potential buyers.
- Handle Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time, maintaining compliance with state and local real estate laws.
- Negotiate Offers: Represent clients in the negotiation process, working to secure favorable terms and addressing any contingencies that may arise.
- Maintain Client Relationships Post-Sale: Build long-term relationships by staying connected with past clients, following up periodically, and offering continued support or advice.
- Attend Networking and Training Events: Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to expand your network, stay updated on industry trends, and enhance your skills.
- Utilize CRM Software for Lead Management: Efficiently manage leads and client relationships through the company’s CRM software, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Participate in Team Meetings and Goal Setting: Collaborate with the team to set performance goals, share insights, and contribute to the agency’s success.
- Stay Informed on Real Estate Laws and Regulations: Continuously educate yourself on changes in real estate law and best practices to provide clients with accurate and compliant guidance.
- Show good organizational and time management skills

- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Valid Real Estate license (Or willingness to get one) at your expense - Approximately 1 year costs $2,500.
