Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Attorney position will have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in handling leasing agreements, construction contracts, construction disputes, land use, 1031 exchanges, and title insurance.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. A valid license to practice law in the state.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A proven track record of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
