Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program, typically closing 3 transactions within 6 weeks.
- Lead generation with a team that can show you how to find clients
- Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and find suitable properties.
- Expertly negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
- Keep tasks and activities updated using PLACE Technology.
- Host at least two open houses each month.
- Set appointments with actual clients- we will show you how.
- Practice what to say in our weekly script practice sessions
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, regular training, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure listing agreements, and market their properties effectively.
- We will show you how to Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing services.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
