Job Description:WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ratings Database Maintenance:
- Maintain and update ADP ratings in AHRI directory.
- Sales Support:
- Assist with ratings generation for new required matches by sales agency ensuring accuracy and validity of matches
- Proactively offer optimized product strategies to customers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ratings/product performance questions from regional sales managers and sales agencies.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs on ratings process to sales agencies and new sales associates.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Document and report shifts in product strategies or ratings matches as new OUM ratings are released.
- Generate ratings analysis and provide input for NPI and product enhancement to define requirements for Product Management team
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest enhancements.
- Lead initiatives to streamline ratings generation and maintenance process.
- Conduct regular reviews of technical support operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop strong rapport with sales agencies, product managers, engineers, and other personnel to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Influence scope of ratings tool improvements and process
- AHRI Audit program:
- Under supervision, manage annual AHRI audit program coordinating with product management and factory to provide samples for selection, manage testing, results and decisions to be made during test program.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager to support departmental and organizational goals.
- Adapt to evolving job requirements and contribute to various projects or initiatives as needed.
- Assist with special assignments or cross-functional tasks based on business needs and priorities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, HVAC/R Technology or a related field, equivalent technical HVAC application experience to be considered with relevant experience.
- Good understanding of residential HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong discipline in process documentation and follow up on commitments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed (10-15%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel (above average skills set)
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in handling large amounts of data and maintaining data integrity.
- Understanding of AHRI USE OM.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $78,000-96,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
