Exciting New Incentives:

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of$370per month and up to$20,000for a lifetime maximum. 

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Overview:

Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision of technical details. Assume responsibility for procedures performed. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certifications: ARRT. Current Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License.
• Other: Technical skill in radiologic procedures. Understanding of basic anatomy.Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: This individual must be capable of: manipulating x-ray equipment, including mobile and other equipment; carrying cassettes; selecting and manipulating exposure factors; evaluating radiographs; lifting, moving, and transporting patients; continual standing and walking; recognizing emergency situations; adapting to stressful situations; communicating effectively.Equipment Used: This individual should be proficient in the use of: radiographic equipment, radiographic processors, computers
