Radiologic Technologist Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist is a full-time position reporting to the Director of the Breathing Center, with a salary range of $40k-$55k. This role involves performing high-quality X-rays, particularly for patients with occupational lung disease, while adhering to patient care and safety protocols.

• Educates patients and families, fostering trusting relationships.
• Provides pulmonary and benefits services, advising on Federal and State OP benefits.
• Maintains logs, reviews policies, and performs quality management for X-ray equipment.
• Tracks patients and schedules appointments for Black Lung services.
• Participates in community outreach and promotes awareness of Black Lung benefits.
• Maintains ARRT certification and WV Radiologic Technologist license.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
