Part Time | 12 hours per week | 7pm-7:30am
$44-49/hr PLUS $7 Weekend Night Shift Differentials!

What will I do as a RN Supervisor?
- Provide direct supervision, leadership, care, and administrative coverage on day, evening, night, and weekend shifts in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and Keswick's nursing care standards.
- Assume overall responsibility for the health and well-being of residents/patients in the absence of the Director of Nursing and serves as a clinical resource to all levels of nursing staff, ensuring that appropriate levels of staff are available to provide the nursing needs of the residents/patients.
What is required in this position?
- Graduation from an accredited registered nurse curriculum is required; Bachelor degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure without disciplinary infractions by Maryland Board of Nursing.
- Certification in Infection Control preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- IV insertion skills certification is preferred.
- 3 years of progressively responsible management experience in long term care required.
