Working in partnership with the Director of Nursing, the Clinical RN Supervisor directs the activities of the nursing staff. This management includes, but is not limited to, healthcare services, financial security, supervising CQI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care center and a home-like environment. Clinical RN Supervisor working any shift acts as a supervisor to all disciplines.
