RN Supervisor - Affinity Skilled Living and Rehabilitation Center

Registered Nurse (RN)   Every other weekend 8am - 8pm 

Requirements: Active RN NYS Lic /Prior Nursing Home Experience

Sign-on Bonus for Qualified Candidates- up to $10,000 

Duties:

• Responsible for the supervision of all nurses and C.N.A's on a regular basis; making rounds,looking at residents and accounting for the staff.
• Responsible for a comprehensive assessment of a residents physical , emotional and or mental status when indicated and for appropriate follow up.
• Responsible for arranging the coverage for call ins and authorizing overtime with the DNS approval.
• Responsible for the safety and security of the building
• Responsible for addressing family/visitors concerns 

Experience:

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Nursing Home Experience
