**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical **Job Specialty:** Medical/Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Not specified **License:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Certifications:** BLS, NIHSS **Must-Have:** Relevant RN license and certifications **Job Description:** - Provide comprehensive care to patients in a medical surgical setting. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the medical team. - Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify treatment plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff. - Ensure patient safety and confidentiality are maintained at all times. - Educate patients and their families on health care needs, conditions, options, etc. - Maintain accurate patient medical records. - Demonstrate commitment to providing compassionate, quality patient care. - Work night shifts, including weekends, with a focus on delivering excellent patient experiences.
