About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** Information not provided **Experience:** Minimum years of experience not specified **License:** NC license can be pending. Driver's license must match the state of compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted. **Certifications:** BLS & NRP **Must-Have:** - EPIC experience required. - Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions. - Must comply with the travel compliance for Tier 4. **Job Description:** - Candidates must attend the full first week of orientation, with no time off approved during this period. - The first 4 days of orientation are remote, followed by an in-person session on Friday. - Remote orientation must be attended on a laptop. - Online testing prior to arrival is required within 24-48 hours of receipt, which includes: - Safe Medication Administration: 20 fill-in-the-blank questions - Unit-specific competency test - Transfusion Therapy Summary Acknowledgment - Pass/fail testing includes unit-specific assessments which are not online. - Candidates are not eligible if they live within 50 miles of the assigned facility. - Return staff policy mandates that former employees must have a termination or resignation period of one year or longer before applying again. - Candidates can submit applications to multiple jobs. - Modules are billable up to a maximum of 24 hours and are completed during orientation, varying by specialty.
