About the Role:
+ Position : Full-Time | Days
+ Responsibilities:
+ Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.Create and implement educational plans for patients.
+ Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
+ Maintain professional relationships with medical staff, administrative personnel, and ancillary departments.
+ Provide leadership in the absence of the Director or CNO, ensuring smooth unit operations.
+ Utilize EMR for effective communication and documentation
+ Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, with varying days.
Requirements:
+ Current MS RN license
+ Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
+ BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
