RHEL Systems Administrator - Compri Consulting

Compri’s client is seeking an RHEL Systems Administrator I to join their team full-time in Washington DC, Fairfax, VA or Warrenton, VA. This is a fully on-site position. Active TS/SCI Clearance required

The RHEL System Administrator/ AWS Cloud Engineer I will have expert level experience in configuration and operational support of RHEL servers in an AWS EC2 environment and will help contribute to an integrated team environment with other systems, software, and specialty engineers to develop solutions.

Required:

• Hands on experience with Red Hat and Linux, RHEL (7/8/9), Provisioning, Maintaining/Patching, Hardening.
• Experience with AWS – specifically EC2 and S3 services.
• Deploying Servers on AWS, AMI experience.
• Docker, Virtualization, Kubernetes, Containerization experience.
• Knowledge of scripting skills (i.e. PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Bash, etc.)

Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with use cases, performance specification development and UML modeling
• VMware Certified Professional, Data Center Virtualization 6 (VCP6-DCV) Certification
• RHCSA or RHCSE Certification
