Receptionist
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Bi-lingual Receptionist for our office in Greeley, CO. This position rotates Monday through Friday between receptionist and mailroom clerk with overtime every three weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Receives all incoming mail; US Mail, FedEx, UPS and Inter-company
- Logs incoming UPS and FedEx deliveries and ensures proper pickup by recipient
- Sorts and distributes all mail to correct department mail boxes
- Operates Postage Meter and processes outgoing mail
- Operates FedEx mail equipment
- Greets and welcomes all visitors, internal and external.
- Announcing and directing them in a timely manner to their host.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access into the building; monitor use of employee badges and issuing visitor badges.
- Switchboard – answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls, while providing basic information when needed.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule conference rooms.
- May perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Front Desk/Reception expereince strongly preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft and Outlook
- Professional appearance
- Experience in similar roles
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- High school degree
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
- Team player
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $19.50 per hour;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
