Clay Cooley Ford of Arlington is currently seeking to hire skilled Quick Lane Service Technicians to provide outstanding automotive service repairs and maintenance for our customers. These individuals must be eager to learn and will complete numerous duties during their working shift.

Work functions include but not limited to:

• Finalizes all lubrication services, filter changes, tire rotations and tire repairs.

• Completes detailed inspection of the customer's car. (i.e., check additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure). The Technician informs the Service Advisor of all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Ensures that the customer's vehicle is maintained. The Technician notifies the Service Advisor of any changes to the appearance or condition of the vehicle.

• Keeps an organized shop area. The Technician assures all equipment is in proper working order, especially lifts.
• Complies with company safety policies and procedures of the Technician position.

• Performs work as outlined on the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with the dealership and factory regulations. The Technician communicates with the Shop Foreman and Parts Department to acquire necessary parts.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• 2-3 years Technician knowledge/experience preferred. Pay is based on experience.
• The knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is essential.
• Personal equipment/tools are necessary to become proficient and develop with the company.
• Flexible schedule
