Quality Systems ISO Coordinator

Job Summary (drug test is required):

The Quality Systems ISO Coordinator will oversee ISO 9001:2015 compliance, act as the primary liaison for quality-related customer concerns, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and production processes.

*  This role ensures that customer requirements are met while maintaining adherence to international and national quality standards.

The responsibilities:

• Serve as the ISO 9001:2015 Systems Coordinator, maintaining certification and compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for quality concerns, working directly with customer quality departments and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to establish supplier quality standards.
• Maintain and improve quality documentation, controls, and procedures.
• Collect and analyze performance data, generating statistical reports to monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analyses on defects and recommend corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to meet quality assurance objectives.
• Perform product, system, and compliance audits while investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Develop and monitor quality objectives aligned with the Annual Plant Quality Plans.
• Utilize Lean tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Program Management, including ISO/TS certification and knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or a related field (equivalent experience with certifications may be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, drive process improvements, and achieve measurable results in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of achieving quality objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
