FTE: 1.0 (Full-time, 40 hours per week)
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:• Serve as an expert to DNV Stroke and Orthopedic program certification requirements
• Collaborate with Orthopedic and Stroke Interdisciplinary Teams to improve patient outcomes
• Perform chart reviews and abstract quality metrics utilizing electronic database
• Assists in formulating policies, protocols and staff education
• Analyze data for patterns and trends, implementing changes as needed
Education:
Associate's Dregree in Nursing required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience:
One-three years successful employment in related field.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Current licensure in good standing to practice as a RN in the state of Iowa.
