Quality Manager Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to implement effective quality management systems and ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with CGMP ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF standards and requirements.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Lead project management initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to fabricate products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Manage QA/QC documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for compliance purposes.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CGMP regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards, and quality systems.
• Strong Knoledge on IATF Requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,357.00 - $94,406.00 per year
