Technimark is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of custom rigid plastics solutions. Working in conjunction with some of the world’s most respected companies we create, design, and deliver products across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, packaging, industrial and consumer products, and we’re looking to hire a Quality Manager to lead our team of experts.
As our Quality Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained to meet both internal and external standards. You will work closely with top management to drive performance, promote customer satisfaction, and lead quality initiatives that keep us at the forefront of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with corporate and industry standards, such as ISO registration.
- Promote and facilitate continuous improvement efforts across all levels of the organization, focusing on quality enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee customer complaint resolution, corrective and preventive actions, ensuring that customer requirements are understood and met.
- Perform statistical analysis, product testing, and quality measurement to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Support Six Sigma techniques and lead training initiatives for all employees, including mentoring Quality Engineers and Supervisors.
- Manage product inspections, non-conforming product reviews, and final disposition of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Generate and present reports on key quality metrics such as non-conforming materials, customer complaints, and scrap percentages.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing product quality issues and working closely to meet their expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a quality management role
- 1+ year of experience in managing/leading a Quality team
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems (ISO, SPC, DOE), manufacturing processes, and calibration systems.
- Proven experience with statistical process control, Six Sigma methodologies, and continual improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- High School or GED diploma required
