Overview
Looking for a Quality Inspector who can perform basic inspection tasks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
Tasks include visual checks, simple functional tests, and using tools like microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
The role involves inspecting various materials and components and supporting paperwork and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual and mechanical inspections of parts and materials.
Use tools like microscopes and calipers for measurements.
Follow written instructions and guidelines to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist with organizing and archiving documents.
Report and document any issues with products.
Help with special projects and quality improvement tasks.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED some technical training is a plus.
Basic computer skills e.g., data entry.
Ability to read and follow instructions, including simple diagrams.
Communication skills for working with team members.
Knowledge of medical device regulations is a bonus but not required.
Work Conditions
Mostly office based with occasional light lifting up to 25 lbs.
May involve sitting for long periods.
