Job Details
- Oversee the maintenance and effectiveness of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), including the development and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Approved Suppliers List.
- Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and non-conformance issues to ensure compliance and continual improvement in quality processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing critical metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct supplier audits, including heat treatment and casting quality assessments, to maintain our commitment to quality.
- Ensure compliance with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, as well as Hensley’s Environmental, Safety, and Quality Policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support our quality objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and QMS; audit qualification or certification is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; assertiveness is essential.
- Proficient in computer applications; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
